Release 13.4.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on December 13, 2023.
Asset Management
- Bookstore SKU information will now be transferred automatically to the parent purchase order when manually creating a PO line item.
- When assets are set to the function "Loaner", a new field called "Expected Return Date" is now available.
- The Asset Overview now redirects to the IT Asset Management dashboard for agents.
Knowledge
- The Summary of Last Update field has been expanded to fit more text.

- ITS Onboarding Workflow
- Modified the workflow to allow a fulfillment path for student works, disabling some tasks and reassigning other to different groups
- Short descriptions on tasks assigned to agents now contain a standard format and important information, such as the employee type
- Updated language on DES Submit a Ticket form
- Update automatic watchers added to OnBase form submissions
- Various updates to ITS Purchasing Request form
- Users can now pull POETAF information from a specific project and task on the Payment Request form

- Consolidated several topics regarding password resets into a single topic
