Release 14.2.0 introduced the following hotfix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on July 24, 2024.
Request Catalog & Service Portal
- Added Financial Aid Services groups and service offerings to the Student Support Portal.
- Fixed an issue that was clearing out certain pieces of info when a task was assigned to an agent in the workflow for the Reassign Hardware Form.
- Added RRSCS department to the Order Computer Equipment form.
- Updated the Mailing List form to allow health emails to work with the AD integration.
- Increased the max workflow activity property on the Oracle & Concur Approver Request form from 100 to 400.
- Added "Confluence: Create a Space" form for new Collab/Confluence spaces. This form is only available for ITS users.
- Updated the Manage Individual User Request form to allow for HR group management.
- Added breadcrumbs in knowledge article view allowing easy return to the category select.
Cases and Request Items
- Adjusted Action Status rules so that adding Additional Comments by agents will set Action Status to Customer Response Needed, regardless of whether Work Notes are added at the same time or not. Adding Work Notes only will set Action Status to Agent Response Needed.
- Added Internal Watch List to RITMs and updates notifications to the External Watch List.
- Updated BOTS inbound actions to use 1, unified, script that autofills information from email body.
- Added First Reply functionality to HR cases.

- Added logging statements to the UCPath Cognos Reports AD Integration.
