Release 14.4.1 introduced hotfixes to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on August 8, 2024.
Change Management
- Removed SMT notifications from Normal change workflows.
- Added to normal flow: when reschedule selected for non-prod changes revert to New - just like prod changes.
- Added an Update and Return button to a change task - saves changes and returns to the originating change request.
- Added new business rule which will cancel any open change tasks when a change request is canceled: Cancel Open Change Tasks.
