Release 14.8.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on September 4, 2024.
Request Catalog
- Created a new form that allows users to request Duo hardware tokens. This form includes an integration with Duo Admin to assign tokens via API, and token count is managed as a consumable asset in ServiceNow.
- Fixed some bugs and made some updates to the RRSS access control guide for HDH.
- Added example text on the Specialized Instructional Computing Course Request form.
- Added new UC Learning course to the Oracle System Role request form.
- Made minor adjustments to the Confluence: Add User to Space form.
- Made a temporary fix for a bug where attachments aren't added when drafts are submitted.
- Fixed a bug with the Service Offering Form, where offerings weren't created when the Parent Service was in Pipeline status.
Agent View
- Removed the ability for anyone but admins to delete approvals
- An employee's primary mail code has now been added to the user table, and is available for use in forms requiring location / delivery, and by agents.
- Set certain security groups to inactive as they weren't used.
- Enforced group visibility of response templates on CSM and HR Cases.
