Release 14.13.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on October 9, 2024.
SecureConnect
- Configured connection from ServiceNow to Cisco pxGrid for SecureConnect project.
Emails
- Deactivated the auto response notification coming from ServiceNow when sending email to abuse@ucsd.edu. Users will still receive a response directly from Proofpoint.
Request Catalog
- Made minor updates to the Transact Operator Request form and TritonPay approvals.
- Updated Employee Activity Hub Row Level and Report Developer forms' department field instructions link.
- Added Cancel RITM button for ITS-CloudInfrastructure admins for Administrative Cloud Services Request items.
- Fixed a bug in the workflow of the Service Offering form, where Modifying Service Offerings wasn't working.
