Release 14.42.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on May 28, 2025.
HR Service Delivery
- Fixed a bug that allows HR Agents to bulk mark as spam/duplicate.
Case Management
- Added resolution code if case is resolved via knowledge base article link.
Asset Management/CMDB
- Uninstalled Custom Counters application. Custom Counters was developed to generate asset tags and back when library was the only customer for asset management. As they are no longer in the system, we do not use this custom table anymore and it can be reclaimed.
- Updated the default columns for the Hardware (Asset) and Computer (CMDB) tables for general usability.
Request Catalog
- Added a New Canvas Admin Request Form.
