- Disabled CI verification for Communication Devices CI class, preventing unnecessary Asset record generation for Communication Devices discovered by InTune and other CMDB data sources.
- Deleted the unneeded asset records from the asset database.
- Expired articles will not longer be visible in a knowledge base category in the portal. This will prevent people from being able to click on the link and get a "This article has expired" error message.
- Added logic to prevent the automated case notification from running in sub-production instances.
- Created integration to send Clinton Harford SMS text if a case is created by someone in the Police Department.
