Release 15.10.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on October 29, 2025.
Configuration Management
- Added the new CMDB "EDR installed" flag to the Splunk API endpoint for SecureConnect reporting.
- Create a integration to pull Azure Subscription objects into the CMDB.
Data
- The "Title" field on a person's user record is no longer updated with the "Position" field updates on their HR Profile, if they have one. This will prevent users from having a title that is their primary job position number.
- Bulk-updated the Service Owner on Service Offering records.
Human Resources
- Removed the "Cancelled by Customer" and "Closed by Agent" resolution codes from HR cases. This brings the HR resolution codes into line with Customer Service cases.
Request Catalog
- Students can no longer submit the Financial Support Payments Tool form.
- Updated links on email from e-market form. Added validation for activation/deactivation date and percent total for e-market items.
