Release 15.11.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on November 5th, 2025.
HR
- The "All Employees HR Knowledge Base" has been renamed to "Public HR Knowledge Base", and its articles are now available in the main Services & Support portal.
- Some HR knowledge articles have been moved to different knowledge bases or had their visibility adjusted to allow public articles to be displayed / indexed.
Integrations
- Updated the Jamf integration flow to account for the new Jamf query to check for the presence of Trellix (EDR software).
- Added to script to automatically add new HDH communities, dropdown for residential community for packages, variables display for case view.
