Asset Management
- Granted the Endpoint Management assignment groups Read access to the "Asset>Asset Tasks" module.
Human Resources
- Leaves & Accommodations General Inquiries are now available within HR Service Delivery. Agents can select General Inquiry - Leaves & Accommodations to open a case assigned to this area.
- Labor Relations General Inquiries are now available within HR Service Delivery. Agents can select General Inquiry - Labor Relations to open a case assigned to this area.
Request Catalog
- Fixed a bug with prepopulated URLs on the Submit a Ticket to Business Office form.
- Minor adjustments and verbiage changes to the Oracle Document Reassignment Request Form
- Bug fixes on the NGN form to resolve notifications on submission.
- Adjusted short short description on request record match item record for Transfer Approval form.
- The PO Contractor Extension form has been renamed to "PO Contractor AD and Business Systems access extension" to differentiate from the purchase order management process of extending a PO contractor. The corresponding order guide guide has also been updated for clarity.
- New iPad Air, iPad Pro, and keyboard accessory models updates for the order computer equipment form.
- Verbiage updates to the TSS and uAchieve Access Request forms.
- Group assignment changes to the Reference Check form.
