Historical adjustments can only be made four pay periods from the current open pay period. History timesheets cannot be approved after four pay periods.

Approving the timesheets for the current pay period will not approve historical adjustments. History timesheets will need to be approved on the History tab.


Steps to Take

  2. Locate the row with the pay period begin and end dates for the current pay period.


  1. The History Pay Periods Timekeeping Deadline (2:30 PM) is the deadline to approve Retroactive Timesheet Entries entered for the four previous pay periods. Note: Retroactive input is only allowed on timesheets that state History Adjustments Allowed.


  1. The Current Pay Period Timekeeping Deadline (2:30 PM) is the deadline to approve current timesheets.


  1. The Pay Day is the day that the paycheck for the current pay period will be generated.
