Overview

This guide demonstrates how to verify that your Outgoing Subaward in Kuali Research record submission has been received by OCGA.

Steps

1	Click on Common Tasks.
2	Click on Search Subawards.
3	Enter the your record's Subaward ID in its corresponding field.
4	Scroll down, select Both, and click Search.
5	Scroll down to find your search results and click Open to the left of your record under the Actions column.
6	Click on the Subaward Actions tab.
7	Click on the Show icon next to the Route Log.
8	Verify that A) OCGA’s Subaward Intake Officer has approved the record, and B) that it's in the Action List for OCGA's Ancillary Research Team.
