Viewing Your Account History and Past Statements


Overview


All account activity from July 2022 to the present, including historical e-bill statements, is available in the TritonPay portal.

 

Understanding Your Account History


Your account history is divided into two main categories. Use the table below to understand how specific transactions are classified:

Payments and CreditsFunds are coming into your account.Cash/Check, Credit Card, Financial Aid, Waivers.
Charges and DebitsCosts owed or funds removed.Tuition, Housing, Bookstore fees, Refunds.

 

Note on Refunds: If you see "Fin Aid Rfn Ck or Direct Dpst" or "Financial Aid Refund," this indicates a financial aid refund is being sent to you via direct deposit or paper check. Because this "removes" a credit from your balance to give it to you, it appears in the Charges/Debits column. 

How to Access Past Statements


  1. Log in to TritonPay as a Student or Authorized Payer.
  2. Select Statements from the left-side navigation menu.
  3. Look for items labeled UC San Diego Statement Historical Bill Import. These represent your original e-bills from the previous system.
