Overview
If you are a parent or guardian making a payment for a UC San Diego student, you have two primary options: paying in person or paying online.
Steps to Take
Option 1: Pay Online (Authorized Payers Only)
To pay online, the student must first grant you access.
- Student Action: The student logs into TritonPay and authorizes you as a payer. [Watch this video for instructions on authorizing a payer].
- Payer Action: Once authorized, you will receive an email to set up your account. Log in to TritonPay to make your payment.
Option 2: Pay In Person
You do not need to be an authorized payer to pay in person. Visit the TritonPay Office.
- Location: Student Services Center, 1st Floor, Suite 170. [View Map and Directions].
- Accepted Methods: Cash, check, or money order.
- Check Requirements: * Make checks payable to: UC Regents.
- Include the Student’s Full Name on the check.
- Include the Student’s PID (ID number) on the memo line.
