Release 10.21.1 introduced the following updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on January 31, 2022.

• Added additional questions to the Student Vaccine Exemption Request form for primary series / booster, and quarter of exemption.
• Updated the remote form option for the Student Vaccine Exemption Request.
• Created form that allows students to opt-in sharing their booster status with the Triton Card Account Services office.
