Residents that are vacating will have their rent pro-rated based on the number of days they are rent responsible
Rent pro-rations are processed on the 1st of the month and may take up to 5 business days to reflect resident accounts. Rent calculations are based on 30 days.
Final payments can be made at the Central Cashier's Office, Online via Tritonlink, or by International Wire Transfer.
When will i receive any move out documents?
You will receive move out documents within 21 days of your rent responsibility end date. If you have rent owed or charges assessed to your account, you will receive a move out statement with a list of all outstanding balances. You must make your payment by the date listed on the move out statement or your account will have a hold assessed until the payment is made.
Can I set up a payment plan for my final billing payment?
Yes, payment plans are accepted. Please send an email to hdhbilling@ucsd.edu to request a payment plan.
