Lived Name Display in TritonPay


Overview


At this time, TritonPay billing statements must display a student's legal name. This is due to a technical limitation with our third-party vendor, Transact, which currently only supports a single name field for financial records.

 

Ongoing Improvements


Student Financial Solutions (SFS) is committed to inclusive excellence and has submitted an enhancement request to the vendor. Our goal is to allow students the choice to display their lived name on their account in the future.
