How to Send Digital Gift Cards in Tremendous for Digital Teams Human Subject Compensation

Overview

Once you have customized your Tremendous Digital Team, you are ready to send digital gift cards. Recipients can be sent digital gift cards via text message or via email.

Along with this KBA, please also watch the attached video demonstration on how to order digital gift cards in Tremendous.

NOTE: When you first start sending out gift cards from your Tremendous portal, it is likely that the orders will be placed on hold. Since you will be a new user in Tremendous, this is an extra verification step that Tremendous takes to prevent fraud. Typically, the hold will be removed by the next business day, if not sooner.

Tips and Additional Information

  1. When entering an order ID at step 12, it must be unique. You can not use the same order ID twice. We highly recommend making this something your team keep track of to assist with reviewing your invoices.
  2. The unique ID will be for your UCSD team’s internal use only. When reaching out to Tremendous about an order, you will need to provide them with the Tremendous order ID.
  3.  The CSV file requires the same information: Recipient name, phone number or email, amount of the gift card, and date to be sent. The CSV file can only include phone numbers OR emails, you cannot mix. If you have some recipients that provide their email and some that provide their phone numbers, a separate CSV file will need to be submitted in two separate orders.
  4.  If you still have questions or need additional assistance, please submit a ticket to Payment Services using the following service offerings:

    2. Related to: Gift Cards
