If you have a "Pending" payment in TritonPay and wish to cancel it, your next steps depend on whether you have already sent money from your bank.
If you only "booked" the payment in TritonPay but did not follow through with a wire transfer at your bank:
If you have already instructed your bank to send the funds:
UC San Diego cannot manually cancel a wire transfer once it has been initiated through a third-party provider. You must resolve the cancellation with the provider (Convera, Flywire, or TransferMate) first.
