Using Alipay for International Payments


Overview

While you cannot pay your student account balance directly through the Alipay app, you can still use Alipay as a payment method through our authorized international processors in TritonPay.

 

How to Use Alipay for Your Bill

All international payments must be initiated through the TritonPay portal to ensure they are correctly credited to your student account.

  1. Log in to TritonPay.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Choose International Payment as your payment method.
  4. Select one of the three supported international processors:
    • TransferMate
    • Flywire
    • Convera
  5. Within the processor's portal, select China as your country and you will see Alipay listed as an available payment option.

Important Note

Direct wire payments issued manually through the Alipay app are not supported and may result in lost or delayed payments. Always start your payment process inside TritonPay.
