OVERVIEW
This article provides instructions and essential information about the new EcoTime History Dashboard. This feature helps people leaders, and delegate timekeepers quickly identify and act on retroactive timesheet adjustments from prior (4) pay periods.
The dashboard enhances efficiency by displaying pending adjustments in one centralized view, eliminating the need for manual searching through employee records.
Step by Step Instructions are provided within this article below for the following functions:

How to Access the Ecotime Historical Dashboard
Follow the steps below to access the EcoTime History Dashboard:
- Open a web browser and navigate to the EcoTime URL.
- Enter your Active Directory username and password.
- Click Login.
- From the main navigation header, click History.
- Under History, click Timesheet Group.
- Within the Timesheet Group dropdown field, select the appropriate timesheet group that you would like to review.
- Within the Period dropdown group, select the applicable historical period that you would like to review.

How to Navigate the Ecotime Historical Dashboard
Once the Historical Dashboard for the appropriate Timesheet Group and Period loads:
- Under the Timesheet Statistics Table, locate the Adjustment Not Approved field. If there are historical timesheets needing approval, this field will display in red with the number of historical timesheets requiring approval.

- Click the Adjustment Not Approved hyperlink to review the employee with historical approvals.

How to Approve Retroactive Timesheet Adjustments from the Historical Dashboard
- Navigate to the Historical Dashboard and select the Adjustments Not Approved hyperlink.

- Click the Employee Name to navigate to the individual timesheet.
- To View the Historical Adjustment, see the specific details under the Adjustments Timesheet Summary and Adjustment Pay Period Details tables.
- Once all adjustment details have been reviewed, press the Approve icon on the top right of the Historical Adjustments screen.

How to Approve Retroactive Timesheets from the Historical Dashboard
- Navigate to the Historical Dashboard for the appropriate pay period.
- You will notice that the graphical pie charts display as red when there are timesheets in a historical period that were not approved initially.
- Click the Not Approved hyperlink under the Timesheet Statistics Table

- Navigate to the unapproved timesheet by clicking the hyperlink on the employee's name
- On the employee's timesheet, you will notice the History Status reflects "Not Approved" status

7. Press the Approve Button.

8. The Timesheet status will now update to reflect "Approved".

Reminders
-
- Historical timesheets that are approved prior to the current timekeeping deadline with pay implications will be paid within that current pay cycle. If a timekeeping deadline is missed, the pay will be applied on the following pay cycle.
- If you don’t see the employee timesheet, either the employee hasn’t submitted a retroactive timesheet or you are viewing the wrong pay period or pay frequency
- A retroactive timesheet must be approved to be processed and paid.
