Release 14.51.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on July 30, 2025.
Request Catalog
- Added service offering details on the Submit a ticket to Business Office form.
- Added ACL so users can transfer approvals via the "Request to Transfer Approvals" form.
- Moved New Staff catalog item to ITS Endpoint Management Order Guide
- Updated the Student Operational Reporting Support request form.
- Made minor verbiage updates to the Background Check Request form.
- Made minor updates to the PO Contractor form flow.
- Made updates to Cleanup Access Form for Grades and Enrollment Form.
CMDB/Asset Management
- Added new custom fields to the CMDB and Company table in preparation for Website CIs via LittleForest integration.
- Replaced the Dell Precision model with the new Dell Pro Max 16 Premium model.
User Information
- Updated UCSD Employee Work Location flow so it stops failing and sending emails.
