Release 15.4.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on September 17, 2025.
Onboarding
- Onboarded dining services, offerings, and groups.
HR Service Delivery
- Updated case creation emails for HR such that the case number links to the portal.
Request Catalog
- Updated format for multi-line placeholder text to match single-line variables on the request catalog.
- Updated the Student Operational Reporting Support form to auto-assign tickets to Cheryl Kettnich.
- Fixed an issue where the Seats Requirement MRVS data was empty for agents.
- Made minor updates and fixes to the Courseleaf Access form and RITMs.
- Fixed an issue with the Campus ID Request Form selecting inactive FinUnit approvers.
- Made changes to the Duo Hardware Token Request Form.
- Added error-checking for when the Duo token ID is empty.
- Added a new task for ID checking for campus mail requests.
- All REQ, RITM, and SCTask records from this form now have Service and Service Offering set.
Notifications
- Fixed an issue with email accounts getting blocked from receiving notifications.
Agent View
- Fixed an issue where Service Offerings weren't listing associated Change Requests in the Related Lists.
Secure Connect
- Assigned all UCPath departments in SNow to a CSOG Unit.
CMDB
- Fixed an issue with the integration flow generating duplicate network adapters. Duplicate network adapters have been removed from the CMDB.
- Updated the integration flow to set CIs with an empty Department to a Department based on the device's deviceCategoryDisplayName value.
