If you initiated a bank wire in TritonPay and would like to cancel it, you will need to work directly with the international payment provider you selected to cancel your payment. Contact information for international payment providers located here.
If your payment is under “pending” status and you have not initiated a transfer with your bank, the pending payment will move to “voided” status on TritonPay after 12 business days.
