TritonPay does not allow for the selection of a single line item to be be paid directly. However, if you would like to pay a specific fee or charge, you can do so by going to "Activity Details" and finding the amount due for said charge. Then go to "Make a Payment" to pay that exact amount. After you have made said payment, contact SFS and inform the Billing Office of the specific fee/charge that you would like your payment to be applied to.
