For in-person support regarding student billing, payment, refund inquiries, and campus ID cards, visit us at the TritonPay Office located on the first floor of Student Services Center, Suite 170 (map).
The following services are offered at the TritonPay Office:
- Billing Inquiries: Assistance with understanding and managing tuition bills, fees, and other charges.
- Payment Processing: Guidance on payment methods and troubleshooting issues related to online payments. In-person cash and check payments are still accepted.
- Account Management: Help with setting up payment plans and resolving financial holds on accounts.
- Refunds and Outside Agency Scholarships: Support on overpayments, financial aid refunds, and stipend payment, including receipt of scholarship checks.
- Departmental Deposits
- Campus ID Cards: Support for students, staff, faculty, and affiliates with new or replacement ID cards and troubleshooting card functionality issues.
