Historical ebills are now available in new TritonPay site. If you are a former student and are unable to access your past ebill statements, submit a ticket. If you were formerly an authorized payer in the old TritonPay, your student will need re-add you as an authorized payer to access the new site. For additional support, please submit a ticket.

All charges assessed in July 2022 and onwards can be viewed in the new TritonPay (https://tritonpay.ucsd.edu, see directions below)

Steps to Take

1. To access your historical e-bills, visit tritonpay.ucsd.edu and click on "Student Login" or "Authorized Payer login
2. After logging in, click "Statements" on the left hand navigation.
3. Your historical e-bill will appear as below with description “UCSD Statement Historical Bill Import – Original e-bill due date”.

The old TritonPay site will still be available for you to access previous e-bill statements until March 1, 2024. After March 1, you should only refer to the new TritonPay site to see previous e-bills.

Account history breaks down transactions as "Payments/credits" and "Charges/debits."

Examples of "Payments/Credits" include: Cash/check/credit card payments, waivers, and financial aid.

Examples of "Charges/Debits" include: Tuition, registration fees, housing charges, and miscellaneous charges (i.e. Bookstore, Imprints, Student Health, etc.). Please note that refunds will also appear in the "Charges/Debits" column. 

When "Fin Aid Rfn Ck or Direct Dpst" appears as a transaction, this means that a refund is being sent via direct deposit transfer or as a paper check.
