Students can obtain a replacement ID card if their current ID card is lost or no longer works.
 

Critical Concepts

• The cost to replace a lost ID or a damaged/no longer working card is $25.00
• The $25.00 charge will be assessed directly to your student account
• ID card replacement costs are subject to change 
• You do not need to upload a new photo if we already have one on file
• Students who live on-campus must visit their college Residential Life office after receiving a new ID card in order to receive access to their dorm/apartment

Steps to Take

To request a new ID:

          1. Submit an ID Card Request form via ID Card Request Form

• Please note that once your ID Card Request Form is approved you will be charge via your student account. 

          2. Once the request is approved you will receive an email notification that your ID card is ready for pickup during our business hours. 

The Campus Cards Office is not currently taking photos at our office. If you'd like to use a new photo for your ID card, please submit it through our online photo tool. Make sure the new photo meets all of our photo criteria. Your photo must be approved before you submit your ID Card Request Form.
