Grad and Family Housing (GFH) Tenancy Verification
Critical Concepts
- Residents need a proof of residency for DMV, Cal Fresh, Visa’s, prospective landlords, ect.
- Residents must complete and return a Signed Authorization before GFH can provide the Tenancy Verification.
- If a Tenancy Verification is needed for additional residents the Primary must complete the steps below and request the additional residents name also appear on the request.
Steps to Take
Procedure A
- Go to the Grad and Family Housing website https://hdhgradfamilyhousing.ucsd.edu/
- Select Resources and select Resources again
- Under Forms select Tenancy Verification Form (eform)
- Complete the Tenancy Verification Form and submit
- GFH will be notified of your Tenancy Verification Request and will email you a Tenancy Verification within 24 hours.
