Student Billing Due Date Schedule


Overview


The University of California, San Diego bills tuition and registration fees at the beginning of each session (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer). However, students may also receive monthly charges for housing, dining, transportation, and other services. It is your responsibility to ensure all payments are made by their deadline to avoid any negative consequences to your student activity.

Tuition and Registration Fees


Payment is due based on the Booking and Registration Calendar deadline. This deadline applies even if you enroll late, are on a waitlist, or have been reinstated.

Auxiliary (Miscellaneous) Charges


While tuition and registration fees have a specific due date at the beginning of every session, auxiliary charges will be due by the 15th of the following month the transaction occurred (e.g., if the aux. charge was added during September, it will be due by the 15th of the following month, October).
