• Billing & Payments: Assistance with tuition bills, fees, online payment troubleshooting, and in-person cash/check payments.
• Account Management: Help with financial holds and setting up payment plans (TRIP).
• Refunds & Scholarships: Support for student refunds, overpayments, and processing outside agency scholarship checks.
• Campus ID Cards: New or replacement ID cards for students, faculty, and staff, plus card functionality troubleshooting.
• Departmental Deposits: Processing for campus departments.
