- Billing & Payments: Assistance with tuition bills, fees, online payment troubleshooting, and in-person cash/check payments.
- Account Management: Help with financial holds and setting up payment plans (TRIP).
- Refunds & Scholarships: Support for student refunds, overpayments, and processing outside agency scholarship checks.
- Campus ID Cards: New or replacement ID cards for students, faculty, and staff, plus card functionality troubleshooting.
- Departmental Deposits: Processing for campus departments.
