Students can request a replacement ID card if their current card is lost, stolen, or damaged. 
 

Critical Concepts

• Cost: The replacement fee is $25.00 (non-refundable).
• Payment: You must pay this fee online when you submit your request.
• Photos: * If we already have your photo, you do not need to upload a new one.
  • To use a new photo, you must upload it via the Online Photo Submission Tool and wait for approval before requesting your new card.
• Building Access: If you live on campus, you must visit your College Residential Life Office after picking up your card to reactivate your door access.

 

Steps to Take

1. Pay and Request: Complete the Student ID Card Replacement Form.
   Note: Once submitted, your card is printed immediately, and your payment cannot be refunded.
2. Wait for Email: You will receive a notification when your card is ready.
3. Pick Up: Visit the Campus Cards Office during business hours to collect your card.
