For continuing students, please read the following Knowledge Base Article, KB0036459, regarding TSNs and ID cards.

- Payment: You must pay this fee online when you submit your request.
- Photos: To use a new photo, you must upload it via the Online Photo Submission Tool and wait for approval before requesting your new card.
- Note: If we already have your photo, you do not need to upload a new one.
- Building Access: If you live on campus, you must visit your College Residential Life Office after picking up your card to reactivate your door access.

- Note: Once submitted, your card is printed immediately, and your payment cannot be refunded.
- Wait for Email: You will receive a notification when your card is ready.
- Pick Up: Visit the TritonPay Office during business hours to collect your card.
- Note: If you did not receive an email telling you your ID card is ready for pickup, we will not have it ready for you to pick up.
