Accessing Federal Servicers


To access your Federal Loan Servicer, visit https://studentaid.gov/: 

  1. Click on “Manage Loans”.
  2. Go to “Who’s My Servicer?”.
  3. From there, you will be able to find a list of all the federal loan servicers and their contact information.
  4. If you do not already know who your loan servicer is, you will need to call the Federal Student Aid Information Center (FSAIC) at 1-800-433-3243 for more information.
