Authorized Payer: Troubleshooting TritonPay Login Issues


Overview


If you are an Authorized Payer and cannot log in to TritonPay, please use the following troubleshooting steps to recover your account or verify your credentials. 

 

Steps to Take


Forgot Password?

  1. Visit the Authorized Payer Login.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Authorized Payer account.
  4. Check your inbox for a temporary password. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Forgot Username?

Your username is the email address your student used to set up your access. If you are unsure which email was used, your student can verify this for you:

  1. Have the student log into TritonPay.
  2. Navigate to My Account and scroll down to the Payers section.
  3. Locate your name and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  4. The email address listed there is your official username.
