There may be a couple of different reasons why an authorized payer is unable to log in. If this occurs, please follow the troubleshooting tips below.
If you have forgotten your password, visit TritonPay and click on "Forgot Password." Enter in the email address associated with your authorized payer account. You should receive an email with a new temporary password.
Your authorized payer username is the email address used when you were set up by your student. If you are unsure which email is associated with your authorized payer account, your student is able to look this up for you. Please have your student log into TritonPay and click on the "Login" button. Then have them click on "My Account" and scroll down to the "Payers" section. Once they find your name, click on the "pencil" icon to see the email address associated with your authorized payer account.
As a reminder, with the launch of the new TritonPay in August 2023, all our authorized payers will need to be re-authorized in our new system. The username and password you used in the old system will not be the same one you use in the new system.
