Correcting Your SSN/ITIN on Form 1098-T


Overview


If your SSN/ITIN is incorrect on your 1098-T form, you will need to update this information with the Office of the Registrar. 

Steps to Take


  1. Submit the online Request to Update or Change Name or SSN/ITIN form.
    • This form is only available to individuals with a record in the student information system and cannot be submitted on behalf of someone else.
  2. Once your SSN/ITIN has been updated by the Office of the Registrar, please submit a ticket to our office letting us know so that we can update your 1098-T.
