Overview
If you are having trouble logging into the Tab Services portal to view your 1098-T tax form, follow the steps below to reset your password or verify your login credentials.
Steps to Take
- Access the Portal.
Go to the Tab Service Company (TSC) 1098-T Portal. - Login Credentials.
To log in, you will need the following information:
- Site ID: 11563
- Username: Your 9-digit Student PID (starting with "A", e.g., A12345678)
- Password: Follow the instructions below based on your status.
First-Time Users
Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your SSN or ITIN.
- If you do not have an SSN/ITIN on file: Enter 0000 as your password.
- This will automatically trigger a password reset email to your active student email address.
Returning Users
Use the password you created during your last session. If you have forgotten it:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the portal.
- Follow the prompts to reset your credentials.

If you have followed these steps and still cannot log in, please use the appropriate contact below:
- For Portal/Login Issues: Contact the Tab Services Support Center at (888) 220-2540.
- For Form Data Questions: If you can log in but the amounts on the form seem incorrect, contact Student Financial Solutions (SFS).
