Tuition Stability Plan

Overview

The UC Board of Regents has approved a new multi-year tuition model that stabilizes the cost of tuition for undergraduates and makes it easier for students and their families to plan for the cost of achieving a UC degree.

Under the Tuition Stability Plan, there will be no tuition increase this fall for current undergraduates or those coming in fall 2021. Your tuition, Student Services Fee, and Nonresident Supplemental Tuition (if applicable) will all remain at 2020-21 levels until you graduate, for up to six years beginning with the 2021-2022 academic year.

The Tuition Stability Plan will not affect your eligibility for financial aid and UC will continue to offer one of the strongest financial aid programs in the country.
