Opting Out of the UCSA or UCGPC Fee


Overview

The University of California Student Association (UCSA) and the University of California Graduate & Professional Council (UCGPC) are student-run organizations that represent UC students at the state and federal levels.

The $7 annual fee is optional. It is split into three installments and billed at the beginning of each quarter.

 

How to Opt Out

If you choose not to pay this fee, you must complete the opt-out process through the student portal:

  1. Visit the UC San Diego Student Tuition Information page under Financial Tools on TritonLink.
  2. Follow the prompts to select your opt-out preference.
