Overview
- For building access you will need to contact your department's building administrator so they can encode your ID card for the specific building you need access to. Our office cannot encode ID cards for building accesses.
Experiencing Issues Encoding Your ID Card for Building Access?
- If your department has tried to encode your ID card with the prox number on the back of the ID card and they are unable to activate it for the building access, then you will need to stop by at our office during our business hours.
- Please inform an agent at the front desk that your ID is experiencing access issues. The agent will then take the ID and perform a quick diagnostics test to determine what the issue is.
- Please keep in mind that if we determine that the ID is experiencing a normal wear and tear, we will need to either charge the employee/affiliate or their department for the replacement.
