Overview
Monthly housing payments are due on the first day of each month. Students can pay their rent online, in person, or by mail.
Steps to Take
Pay Online
The most efficient way to pay is through TritonPay. This system allows you to selectively pay specific line items on your student account, including monthly housing charges.
- Payment Methods: TritonPay accepts e-checks, credit cards, and international wire payments (via Convera, Transfermate, and Flywire).
- Paying Rent During Registration: If tuition and registration fees are also appearing on your account, you can still choose to make a rent-only payment if you would like.
- Troubleshooting: If you cannot complete a rent-only payment through TritonPay, consider paying in person at the TritonPay Office, located on the first floor of the Student Services Center, Suite 170. You may also use the 24-hour dropbox outside the TritonPay Office if you are unable to come visit during business hours.
Pay In-Person or via Dropbox
In-person payments and the 24-hour dropbox are managed by the TritonPay Office.
- Office Hours: Visit Student Financial Solutions' Business Hours webpage for their availability.
- Note: The office is closed on university holidays.
- Dropbox: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments dropped off before 3 p.m. will be processed the same business day (unless it is a holiday or during campus closures).
- Accepted Methods: Cash (U.S. dollars), personal checks, and money orders.
Instructions for Check Payments
