How do I sign up for auto pay for TRIP?


Steps to Take

If you would like to set up automatic payments for your Triton Registration Installment Plan (TRIP), please follow these instructions: 

  1. Visit tritonpay.ucsd.edu and login to the TritonPay payment portal.
  2. Click on "Payment Plan" on the left side navigation.
  3. Follow the steps to enroll in TRIP and when paying the enrollment fee, select from Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or 529 Savings Plan (Auto pay is not available for international payments due to fluctuating exchange rates). 
  4. After selecting an accepted payment method, check the box that says "Set up auto pay with the same payment method".

Alternatively, you can set up auto pay after enrolling in TRIP by clicking on "Set up auto pay" on the Payment Plans page
