Overview
This article goes over the correct way to pick up packages from the various smart lockers on campus. When a package arrives on campus to be processed, depending on the parcel center it is supposed to go to, it may be placed inside of a locker.
Critical Concepts
- Only the Trove & Revelle Parcel Centers have lockers
- Packages are scanned into lockers and then an email is sent out to the respective student.
- Packages inside the lockers can only be accessed by the pickup code or an agent working.

Prerequisites
- Need to be living at either Warren, Marshall, Muir, or Pepper Canyon East for the Trove lockers or living at Revelle for the Revelle Lockers
- Receive an email stating that you have a package ready for pick up in the lockers
- Have the QR code or passcode to pick up the package ready.
Steps to Take
Locate your email from Student Mail stating you have something ready for pick up at the lockers.
Use one of the following three methods to open your locker
- Swipe your student ID
- Scan the QR code in your email and make sure your phone is set to light mode
- Type in the passcode given in the email
Wait for the locker to open with your package.
Retrieve your package and ensure the locker door is closed afterwards
