Students - Triton Registration Installment Plan (TRIP)

Overview

The Triton Registration Installment Plan (TRIP) allows eligible students to pay for their session's housing and dining charges in three monthly installments, rather than one large sum payment at the beginning of the session during the academic year.

Key Rules and Eligibility

Manual Enrollment: You must re-enroll in TRIP every quarter. It does not auto-renew.
What TRIP Covers: TRIP only splits Tuition and Registration fees.
- Note: Housing, dining, parking, and health fees are not eligible for TRIP and must be paid separately.
Eligibility: You must have no past-due balance or financial holds to enroll.

Enrollment Fees and Deadlines

For Fall, Winter, and Spring Sessions, TRIP will divide your tuition and registration fees into three separate, monthly installments.

We offer two enrollment fee options each session:

Early Enrollment Fee – $40
Enroll by the first registration fee due date of the session.
Standard Enrollment Fee – $65
Applies if you enroll after the first registration fee due date of the session.

Enrolling early saves you money on your enrollment fee costs and provides you more time to manage your budget.

How to Enroll in TRIP

Log in to TritonPay.
Review your account overview and confirm there is no past‑due balance.
Select Payment Plan from the left navigation.
Choose View Payment Plan Options, then select Triton Registration Installment Plan (TRIP).
Pay the non-refundable enrollment fee and your first installment to activate the plan.

Unable to Enroll in TRIP?

If you don't see the option to enroll, you may have an account hold or ineligible charges.
