Why Am I Missing A Portion Of My Financial Aid?


If you are expecting Financial Aid support and do not yet see it in Pending Aid, you could potentially have missed a necessary step to complete your award package acceptance and disbursement.

Potential Requirements And Status Issues


If you are expecting Financial Aid support, please ensure it is viewable in the Account Details section of your TritonPay account portal.  The time between fee assessment (typically 30 days prior to the quarterly due date) and actual posting of financial aid to your student account, your aid is not yet posted and applying to your account.  However, UCSD understands you have incoming aid to cover some or all of your balance, and reflects that aid in a process known as Pending Aid.  You are not required to pay the charges yourself while your aid is in pending status, and your TritonPay portal will only allow you to pay the available balance after your aid has been taken into account.  If you are not seeing the expected amount of aid in your pending status, please review the following options to ensure you are in good standing:
