How to Change Your Dining Plan

Overview

Dining plans are part of the undergraduate housing contract and are required for most on-campus residents.

Dining plans are not required for students living in:

Students may change their dining plan within a limited timeframe, depending on how they received their housing contract.


What Are My Dining Plan Options?

Dining plan options vary depending on your student status:

We recommend reviewing the available plans carefully before making your selection, as changes are only allowed within the designated deadline.


When Can I Change My Dining Plan?

Academic Year Contracts

Students may update their dining plan once My Room Assignment (MRA) opens (typically mid-to-late August).


Waitlist Contracts

Students who receive housing through the waitlist have a 7 calendar day window to make changes.


How to Change Your Dining Plan

For Academic Year Contracts (Portal Update)

  1. Log in to the Undergraduate Housing Portal
  2. Expand the “[YEAR] UG Contracts & Cancellations” section
  3. Select “[YEAR] Update Dining Plan”
  4. Submit your updated selection

For Waitlist Contracts (Request Required)

If you would like to change your dining plan after selecting it:

Include:

Requests submitted after the deadline cannot be approved.
